Thank you for choosing Social Sister. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our social media management and content creation services.

1. Scope of Services

• By engaging our services, you agree to the scope of work as outlined in the package selected. Additional services beyond the selected package may incur extra fees and will be discussed in advance.

2. Payments and Fees

• All payments are required one (1) month in advance of the start date of services. Payment confirms your booking and is necessary to secure our time and resources for your project.
• Fees are non-refundable once paid, and all services are provided on a non-refundable basis, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, and photography shoots.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Should you need to reschedule a photography shoot or change the timing of services, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability.
• In the event of cancellation by the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• Content created as part of our social media management and content services remains the intellectual property of Social Sister. Clients will have the right to use the content for personal and promotional use only, as agreed.
• Clients may not modify, resell, or distribute the content without prior written permission.

5. Liability

• While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as increased engagement, followers, or sales, as results can vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.
• Social Sister is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

• We respect your privacy and commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared with us in the course of our work. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle and protect your information.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any substantial updates.
